DCBR Primary Membership

Membership as your primary association of REALTORS® for Wisconsin – this includes paying dues to National, state, and our local association on an annual basis billed out per calendar year. A licensed Real Estate Salesperson wishing to join DCBR must be sponsored by a Designated REALTOR of DCBR. An agent cannot join DCBR unless their sponsoring broker belongs to DCBR.

Does not include MLS access.

A Designated REALTOR® must be a Participant of the service prior to access for REALTORS® affiliated with that firm. An initiation fee and quarterly fees apply. Proof of Wisconsin license with the DSPS and filing of your license placed with the RE company must be provided.
