A lifelong Door County resident, Jeff Isaksen is passionate about giving back to the community he calls home. A Realtor since 2016 with a 25-year career in architectural drafting, Jeff serves on several local boards supporting education, youth sports, and economic growth. His commitment to helping others drives his work with the Charitable Foundation.
Erin Gonzolas – President Elect
Regional Manager Knight Barry Title
I am currently a Regional Closing Manager at Knight Barry Title. I’ve been working in the title industry for 27 years. I enjoy helping others, I serve as a member of the Land Acquisitions Committee for Habitat for Humanity, and I am a CASA for the Brown County court system. A wife and a Mom, with a teenage son who is going away to college next year. I LOVE sports and own a semi pro football team where I mentor young men and make sure they know someone is in their corner. I’m excited to help the families and the communities in Door County through the wonderful real estate industry!
Dina Boettcher – Secretary/Treasurer
Broker/Owner Smart Moves Real Estate LLC
Along with owning and operating her own brokerage, Dina sits on the Sturgeon Bay Utilities Commission and puts her Door County Master Gardener skills to good use by tending Door County Historical Society’s Heritage Garden. In her free time, she enjoys traveling adventures with family, practicing yoga and drinking wine on the porch with friends. She divides her workload between residential and commercial projects and takes pride in helping clients make smart investments via their real estate transactions.
Dianne Wagner – Director

As a Naperville, IL native, I previously had a 25-year career in successful management positions at a publishing company in Oak Brook, IL. I moved to beautiful Door County in 1996 and was a communications coordinator for the Sturgeon Bay Visitor and Convention Bureau for 4 years. I received my real estate license in 2005 and in 2006 received ERA Starr Realty Rookie of the Year Award for listing and sales production. I have also received the ERA Beyond Excellence Award, ERA Starr Realty Associate of the Year Award and numerous Multi-Million Dollar Producer Awards for ERA Starr Realty. I have chaired the DCBR Education Committee and served on the DCBR Marketing Committee. Having worked with many colleagues over the years, I am of the firm belief that the more open and honest people are with each other the better the overall results are for everyone.Â
Debra Merkle-Schubert – Director
Bank of Luxemburg
A Mortgage Consultant with Bank of Luxemburg who works out of both the Sturgeon Bay and Fish Creek locations and has over 37 years of banking and lending experience. Debra has been a member of the Door County Board of Realtors for the last 9 years and currently is a Director on the DCBR Charity Foundation Board and a member of the Social Committee.
Debra lives in Baileys Harbor with her husband on a section of farmland that her grandfather homesteaded in the 1920’s and where she has lived her entire life. She is a graduate of Gibraltar High School where she excelled in sports. In the evenings, you can find Debra officiating various sporting events in the local school districts where she and her husband just finished their twenty-third year as WIAA officials. Otherwise, you can find Debra cheering on or watching her favorite sport teams and spending time watching her six grandchildren participate in their various sporting events.
Bob Buksyk – Director

I have been coming up to Door County all my life and own a condominium in Egg Harbor since 2006. I am a Realtor for Sarkis & Associates Realtors LLC in Egg Harbor Wisconsin. Previously I owned the Olde Orchard Antique Mall in Egg Harbor for 15 years. Prior to my Mall ownership, I was with Target Corporation for 20 years as a Store Manager & Field Operation Specialist. Customer Service has been my life since high school.

I am very passionate about my customers. In my careers I have always been known for honesty. I am very detailed oriented. I am always willing to go that extra mile to assist our customers with extras outside of the contract. I complete a checklist for both my Seller and the Buyer to make sure all of us keep on top of our deadlines for a smooth Closing.
